With a background in advertising, organising numerous events and training courses, and latterly with an event agency, Kerry was inspired to create Hatch Events - the vision behind the company being to work with corporates, often in partnership, to create and run events that meet corporate objectives. Kerry spends much of her time meeting with clients and providing strategic vision and oversight during the development and management of events. Her extensive experience in managing large, complex projects gives Kerry the ability to organize and run events with an unparalleled attention to detail. She works closely with clients to create a hassle-free experience and applies her creativity and industry knowledge to produce outstanding events.
Debbie's role is to plan, organise and run all of our client events here at Hatch. These can range from corporate events, such as conferences, exhibitions and product launches, to fundraising events, festivals, weddings and parties. Debbie will be responsible for the entire event including selecting an appropriate venue, organising promotional activities, booking entertainment and catering, and arranging the design and layout of the premises. Debbie's role is extremely client focused, requiring a combination of creativity, innovation and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills are high on Debbie's agenda in order to enable effective interaction with clients, suppliers and contractors.

Helen is very sales orientated without being pushy, with proven networking experience and ability to proactively promote our unique events agency to maximise revenue. She brings superb communication skills and is totally in tune with inspiring customers and delivering to their needs. Helen is organised, has exceptional attention to detail and the desire to go the extra mile for our clients. Having worked on the hotel side as well as event agency her time management in this multi-faceted role is also key, within our busy, high energy business!
Fiona joins us with a wealth of experience from organising events at her previous employers in advertising. As Project Director Fiona will be responsible for the overall leadership, direction, management and supervision of projects to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. She will be overseeing delivery of projects to time, cost and quality targets and provide support by liaising regularly with our clients in order to ensure quality and cost objectives are achieved. She will proactively look after the customer relationship to manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships whilst supporting the MD on key projects relating to Hatch client services.
Collette is our first rate Event Director, with years of experience within events, firstly within the pharmaceutical industry and then within an event agency working on pharmaceutical accounts aswell as several others, working hard to ensure the planning and execution of all our events is meticulous, stress-free and always punctual. Having worked on numerous events throughout her career, managing and directing all manner of projects, Collette has an excellent grounding in events and is ready for almost anything that comes her way. In addition, her creativity, ability to multi-task, and strong time management skills help Hatch to deliver the highest quality events.
